The Museum of Torne Valley strives to be accessible to all kinds of visitors. Personal assistants are admitted free of charge.

There is an accessible parking spot in front of the museum, and the main entrance has a ramp and an automatic door. The lobby includes an accessible toilet for both left- and right-handed users. The second floor of the exhibition can be reached by elevator. Storage lockers are available at different heights.

The exhibition spaces are equipped with an induction loop. The exhibition texts have been designed with good readability and contrast in mind, and the lighting can be increased upon request. The exhibition also includes audio elements.

Prams can be borrowed from the museum.
