Registry office
The official electronic address of the City of Tornio is kirjaamo@tornio.fi.
All documents are received by the city’s Registry office, after which they are entered in the records management system and forwarded for processing. The Registry office maintains a records management system that stores all activities related to the city’s administrative decision-making.
Enquiries about the status and details of ongoing and concluded cases can be made at the Registry office.
The Registry office also maintains the official bulletin board for the City’s affairs, located in the city hall lobby (Suensaarenkatu 4) and online on the City of Tornio website (public notices).
